After we decide if telehealth and EMDR Therapy or EMDR-PEP is right for you, and your electronic paperwork is completed and signed, we will schedule your first appointment as an Evaluation.
After your evaluation, we will then schedule your individual sessions.
Yes. EMDR Therapy and EMDR-PEP is done virtually with a secure video conferencing platform.
All you need is a comfortable private space like your home, office or parked car.
You also need good internet, and either a smart phone, tablet, laptop or personal computer.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you may cancel your appointment with me up to 48 hours before your session start time.
Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Therapy is a serious commitment. Please be courteous of others who may also need that appointment time for therapy, and always give a 48-hour notice for cancellations.
This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. You may lose some of that time if you are late for a session.
The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 45 to 53 minutes. Requests to change the standard meeting time for a session need to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.
